Our Design Team, comprised of Michael, Kim and Emily will work with you from the initial concept stages through to the creation of complete Building Permit Documentation including all working drawings, engineering and specifications.

As an experienced Registered Building Practitioner and Qualified Passive House Tradesperson, Michael is available to consult with you on private projects and liaise with Architects and Draftspeople regarding all components of Passive House Construction, Passive Solar Design and High Performance elements. Michael has spoken at the South Pacific Passive House Conference alongside architect J.Pablo Sepulveda and has been featured as a key consultant in the Sustainable House Day “Speed Date a Sustainability Expert” initiative.

Emily our Interior Designer offers clients professional and qualified assistance with planning and selections. She has passion and knowledge to inspire Sustainable choices to complement your new home and will guide you through selections that complement your style and budget.
